"food is my vehicle..."

Food from the Earth, nourished by the Air, fed by Water and prepared using Fire, that it may be used to enrich Our Spirit. A Fire is built using Wood from the Earth, in turn being fed by he Air, so the Water can be boiled, that it may enrich Our Spirit. To create Food, good and wholesome, using the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, that it may enrich the Spirit is the oldest form of magic and healing known to man. And in it's true and purest form is high art at it's finest......

"A Meditation....."

from the Studio @ NewMainStreet...Earth. From Earth do all things receive sustenance and care. Our food is grown in it, and upon. Fire. The heat, the fire, from the Sun nourishes all things, illuminates the dark places and shows us the Way. The very core of Our Earth, indeed is Fire. Air. Oxygen, life giving, is carried upon the Air and absorbed and charished by All living things, above and below. Water. We are comprised of mostly water, as all living things are. The rains, rivers, creeks and lakes feed Our fields, cleanses Our bodies and nourishes Our thirst All working together, as On whole, thing: Life itself. Were even One of these Sacred Elements missing, All Life--all existence in the Universe--would cease to be. In the Asian (Chinese) Elemental Tradition, The Elements of Wood and Metal are added in place of Air. This being that Air is akin to the Chi-"the Life Force", the Breathe of Life. No matter the Tradition, or the story behind it, All things are Of the Sacred Elements and All things will return them. This is Life. This is Being. This, is Truth.
