A Fire is built using Wood from the Earth, in turn being fed by he Air, so the Water can be boiled, that it may enrich Our Spirit. To create Food, good and wholesome, using the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, that it may enrich the Spirit is the oldest form of magic and healing known to man.
