Combine milk, paste, butter and vinegar in a bowl. Whisk if possible but a spoon will do. Next add the herbs. Both to the mixture (and to yourself, if possible- wink, wink). Dip the individual protein pieces in the marinade and place in a dish to set for and hour, but 20 minutes will do. Set your oven at 450, arrange meat on a tray and cook for about 20, or to at least 120-135 degrees. Then, "scarf" that shit. the rest of the marinade, by the way can be turned into a sauce when mixed with the pan dripping, in a saute pan for like 5 minutes on medium. Try it. You dig it. And if I can get Jaedus to eat this, then you have no excuse. Enjoy.
The ideas, stories and recipes i intend to share represent the varied flavors, colors , scents and textures of some of my favorite Cultural traditions from around the World. And some history thrown in. Everyone's Soul Food.
"food is my vehicle..."
Food from the Earth, nourished by the Air, fed by Water and prepared using Fire, that it may be used to enrich Our Spirit. A Fire is built using Wood from the Earth, in turn being fed by he Air, so the Water can be boiled, that it may enrich Our Spirit. To create Food, good and wholesome, using the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, that it may enrich the Spirit is the oldest form of magic and healing known to man. And in it's true and purest form is high art at it's finest......
